'My pictures' folder cant be seen
Every time I open on explorer my pictures location, it close the window and enable the option to send microsft an error report. If I want to save some picture files or anything to my pictures folder its closed instantanely. This is happening since I installed Sony Handycam software (picture motion software for media import, (DCR-SR42) why this is happening, any idea?
SPUBrowser.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. message box appears. |

It sounds like the Sony program is trying to integrate your pictures folder with their program or something. Try uninstalling the program to see if you can access your pictures folder again.
If the above is successful, download the latest version of that software from the Sony website. If the problem comes back with the updated software, maybe you should do without it. What is the program supposed to do? Maybe you really don't need it.

most of the time, the software that is bundled with cameras is stuff you really dont need, maybe just use the drivers for your device

I'm not sure what exactly SPUVolumeWatcher.exe does, but a quick search is telling me that its from one of sony's programs, most likely something that links your pictures folder to the program itself.
As for the second one, here's what I got in a google search: Quote:
The uninstaller probably did not get rid of all traces of the program, seeing how an executable was left behind. A registry sweep might solve your problem, otherwise I would just manually delete the executable file.

Alright, then a registry sweep might help you out.
'Tune up utilities' is an excellent program for cleaning up the registry but its not free. I'm pretty sure you could use the trial to fix your problem though.
