I think they are innacurate for the most part, funny but immature.

Hehe...I do think they are funny, but they do misrepresent a PC a little bit.

I know for a fact that I am seriously considering buying a Mac because I can now run Windows on it.

Dave, I'm actually considering purchasing a MacBook Pro for my next computer upgrade. I would run OS X, Windows Vista and Fedora Core on it. If this is 100% possible, I will most likely go this route and ditch the desktop.

That way I can have all of my tools with me on the road.

Exactly. Have you read anything about the performance of games on a Mac runing Windows XP (or Vista, eventually)? That is really my only concern with running a Windows on a Mac.

No, I'm just starting to research this. I don't care about the Mac OS, but I really like the aestetics of their hardware, they are extremly thing and light for the power underneath.

I really like them. For the most part, the representation of the PC part is true.

I think that they are pretty funny ads.

A Mac can hold its own, but it's not better than all PCs in my opinion.

Well... I don't seem to get any viruses, I don't need foreign languages and I don't want iLife. What they are really trying to sell is their operating system which is another thing I dont want. Oh well.

They don't literally mean different language such as Japanese. They mean that you don't have to load drivers for each hardware piece you add-on. CNET did a study with benchmarks and such and it showed that the MacBook Pro was the best laptop to run Windows on. Personally, I may get a MacBook after seeing my sisters .
