Cooperatively, use an App like Glympse. The person being located runs
the App and sets the duration of the broadcast (15, 30, 45 ... minutes).
Can broadcast to selected e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
It's voluntary on the part of the person who wants to show his/her location.
I use this when meeting people downtown or at trailheads.
