[SOLVED] How can I make a new 'group' in 'contacts'?

First time iPhone4 user.

How can I make a new 'group' in 'contacts'?

I would like to open contacts and then have a Business Group and also a
Private Group for the obvious separation of my contacts.
I haven't been able to figure this out and your help would be enormously
appreciated.

You can't create groups on-device unless you install third party tools
from the AppStore, or unless you synchronize against an external source
that can create groups.

I don't have any Address Book on my computer, I sync my contacts using
gmail push features, I created, in gmail contacts, several groups, but
I'm not able to see them on my iPhone 4.

Any hints?

Thanks for your reply, Grouper isn't free, I installed GroupQ (.99$) and
works fine.

Thank you all for your help and valued advice.

I have installed one of the app's suggested and all is well. Now, even have
a 'Emergency' group with all my emergency phone numbers and contacts.
