HELP! Packet Frenzy

I was just running through the control panel and realized I was sending and receiving billions of packets!?!

So does anyone know why this is happening/how to fix?

Wow......thats a lot of packets. Someone had while back had this prob..Get HiJackThis and Ad-Aware and scan your computer for any spyware or adware. You might want to try netlimiter which monitors and sets the amount of data being sent to and from your comp. Get a firewall and scan for viruses also

Those packets aren't being sent throug the gateway though, which is good. That looks a little fake though, you must have another PC that you could be pinging.

It isn't fake. After I realized the problem I started logging incoming and outgoing and also enabled all firewalls.

That data isn't being sent through to the gateway though, by the looks of your screen shot.
