Browser Problems

Hi, im having browser issues with both IE and Firefox, when i log in to my admin page for the pool league im in both borwsers let me log in however i cant edit users report matches kick users activate pretty much nothing but log in when i select edit user it takes me to that page i enter name of player im trying to edit when i hit enter heres the error i get 500 Internal Server Error
the server encounterd an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request contact the server administrator or the and inform them the time the error occurred and anything i might have done to cause the error, ok heres the strange part thats the error i get using either IE or Firefox however if i sign in to msn i can log in to my admin page and do anything i want and msn's browser is nothing more than IE dressed up so i'm lost as to why msn browser works and firefox and IE dont any help would be greatly appreciated , Thanks in advance

That's an odd problem. I'd try clearing your cache and cookies for both IE and Firefox.

i've tried that several times thanks tho any other ideas anybodY?

Hi, this is strange... MSN Explorer uses the IE engine, but I believe it uses it's own modified copy. When you use the browser, are you using their dial-up service or the same connection as you are using with the other browsers?

no im using msn access number w/o going thru their software i forget what its called manual connection maybe but anyways i bypass msn software to connect and use IE or Firefox i get better connection bypassing msn but cant access that admin page im talking about unless i connect thru msn and use msn browser

ok i just checked something i thought i had b4 so just checked again to be sure im now connected thru msn and tried using ie and firefox on that page and still cant, i go thru msn and have np's sighs damndest thing i ever seen

A thought, I don't know if or how this could affect your problem, but if you were to use a free dial up isp (netzero, juno, or free 300month 5000000 hours aol *exagerating*) and try to logon to igl.net that way...

This can be a pain to setup.

That is strange. Post your hijackthis log here just to see what's happening. Is it possible to give me access to this site so I can test it out?

i dont have a hijackthis log and i have had other people access it from their IE and all have np doing what i cant do and yes i can give u access to it let me know when ur usually on
