help with tv tuner card

ok guys, my tv tuner card went screwy.

the electricity went out for a second the other day while i was at work and when i got home my computer was off. i started it up and have had no problems.

well i just tried to turn on the tv using my tv tuner card (a wintv hauppauge pci card) and it gives a bunch of weird pop-up errors. first [error: can not locate tvtuner filter] then i click ok and another comes up that says [can not build filtergraph] so i click ok and another one comes up that says [wintv initialization error hTV=0]. so wtf does all that mean?

i restarted the computer and it does teh same thing. so i got my hauppauge cd out and reinstalled everything and it still does the same thing. everything else on the pc is still working great. i really want to be abel to record some stuff sunday night. can i get this working again by then? any idea what's wrong? help me, oh great gurus!
