Halo1 PC Crash

Hey guys, I'm trying to play Halo 1 on my laptop (Intel Pentium R 1.70GHZ, 593mhz, 504 MB RAM, intel 915gm/gms 910gml express)

Now when I play online, sometimes I can play for a bit, or not even load the whole map before I get the blue screen telling me some kind of message, but I can just about make out that the system is dumping the memory before it restarts.

The msg isnt on screen long enough to read it all sorry.

Is there any kind of patch I could use? oh, my halo version is 1.7

I don't think you can play Halo 1 with the integrated graphics card found in your laptop.

I remember back in the day, when I played the game, my 9600se would barely run it. As I remember, Halo was a horrible port. It had all sorts of issues, some that where never fixed. I specifically remember it having trouble running on laptops with intel GPU's.

I would stick with running it on a desktop.

I would, but my desktop doesnt have internet connection. If I stick to the 'race' servers, then I can play for quite a while before crashing, I like the Race games anywho
