What services need killing in XP?

Ive just done a clean install of XP Pro and from what I remember the last
time I did that, there's a few services that want disabling 'cos they either
do nothing, or slow everything else down. Thing is I cant remember what
they were or what site it was I got the list from. Anyone got any pointers?
