The co-incidence is that people whoe use dodgy windows are also the kind
of people who have 15 different search toolbars bloating their IE, and
who wouldn't know a virus scanner if it had the words VIRUS SCANNER
printed on in in large letters.

They are also the sort of people to have virus-ridden software of all
kinds from various pirate sites.
