Note that deleting things in this folder can cause problems if, for
example, you want to uninstall a game. I recall that an install of
Crysis created a gig or two of stuff here, and that deleting it
prevented me from uninstalling it properly.
Games are the main disk space offender for this folder. Some (all?) of
the stuff is needed for patch management or uninstall processes.
