One option would be DLT. New DLT/LTO equipment and media is
ludicrously expensive but for this volume of data a second hand 15/30
drive would suffice; they're relatively inexpensive (drives cost go
for around £30-£50 on eBay) and are more reliable and faster than DAT.
A suitable SCSI card would cost around £10, also from eBay.

DLT media are relatively easy to get hold of. Older formats such as
DLTtape III (10/20GB) IIIXT (15/30GB) and lower capacity IV tapes
(20/40GB) can be picked up cheaply.
