Can boot from USB flash drive.

Indeed, but of course, not all BIOS supports it.

Although one would assume that the BIOS on a modern PC that has been
assembled without a floppy drive would support boot from some kind of usb
device - albeit a USB floppy or HDD.

Or yeah. ultimatebootcd.
