It looks like one of those PITA schemes that uses affiliates to promote and
sell something that is already available for free.

If you are referring to the content, I can't remember exactly which channels
are available. It was quite a while ago when I had a look at it.
As far as the instructions being in French, I got some help from reading a
forum.

I do remember there was a bit of buffering on some stations.
Anyhow I uninstalled it as I get all my programming from Channel BT or
WebScheduler.
