[SOLVED] Dodo - removal of details

Am I legally entitled to have my personal details deleted from the above
ISP?

I have cancelled my service with them, but I can still log on to the member
where it shows my address etc, only my CC details have been deleted.

I thought there privacy laws entitling me to have these sorts of details
removed.

change or get a new credit card with new number.

They have to keep records for 7 years by law - it includes details of
transactions with you. On the other hand, you control what they can
publish (except as required by law) of your personal details. You can
withdraw any permission you have given them to do so in the past -
email them to that effect.
