It's good to see Boeing / GE engineers working together to create a more fuel efficient airplane. The article is a good read for anyone interested in aircraft.

Lets hope that because they are using a lighter material in the plane doesnt make it the plane's down fall (pun not intended)

The grease in the McDonalds here in the state is recycled and used for other purposes-what I don't know, but I do know that when I worked there in high school a large semi would come and purchase the oil from our fryer tanks.
