Software similiar to second copy 2000 with Unicode support

All,

I'm trying to find a software that can synchronize between my desktop
and laptop. Here are the things I would like the software to do:

1. Make exact copies of source and destination. If I delete one file
in either source or destination, the same file should be deleted on
the other end. To my surprise, not many synchronization software do
this!?

2. Can be scheduled and run automatically.

3. Support Unicode filenames.

4. Not astronomically expensive.

Second copy 2000 does everything I wanted except it does not support
Unicode filenames. Could the expert here recommend something?

I have the same identical problem. Great product - pity is it not being updated.

Has anyone found a product that does everthing stated below together with functionality such as:

1. Having profiles
2. Can support command line switches
