Am i infected by spammer software?

i just got this email today:
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses:



Undeliverable mail to zttkge@rocketmail.com


and i have gotten several more like that b4, i am not sending these emails... do i have some sort of malicious software on me that is sending spam emails for som1 else? if i do how do i get rid of it?

You may have a virus that sends out emails to random address'. Do you have an anti-virus program that is up-to-date? Go here to see if you have a virus or not. Install and run Ad-Aware also.

i have Nortons Antivirus, and i do have Ad-Aware and i run frequently

i scanned with housecall and it didnt find anything...i dont know i ran that Ad-aware this morning and maybe it already got the bugger that hiding in my PC

Do you update your reference files with Ad-Aware? Check your sent folder for anything else that you may of not sent out.

yea i usually always update the reference files b4 i scan with ad aware...iu have DSL btw...and no there is nothing in my sent folder that i havent sent out.....

i finally found out why i get these letters....its what shows up after Nortons finds a virus.... i swear Nortons finds at least 5 viruses a day
