1.2 gig celeron is screwed!! help plz..

Hi, got a comp here building it for my kid... its a 1.2 gig celeron 100mhz with 256 ram.. was 128 but just put in another 128....i know more ram is needed but other than that.. its a hp pavilion 310 it that means anything...it has windows xp and service pack 2 is installing as i type this...when i run an internet game (tibia) it is super slow, and when i open task manager and check performance.. the cpu is at 100 % ...but in processes tibia is on like 2300K..why would that use the whole cpu up?? it has a realtek family pci fast ethernet nic...and it is running at 100 mbps i think... is that low or.??
thanks.

The network speed is fine.
If you have an onboard video card you're going to notice a significant use of CPU time for anything graphics intensive. One way you get alleviate this is to get a decent video card.
